WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?
WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Psychotherapy is a process of aided introspection. It is a unique experience, very different from friendship not only in the strict confidentiality it demands but in the depth of work it requires. While at times talk therapy may be difficult, discovering how the past and present intertwine can often have a lasting impact and can sometimes even be key to unlocking a more vibrant and satisfying future. Therapy can be a tool for self-empowerment, helping even the most psychologically-minded to better understand and dismantle obstacles that are barriers to the realization of their goals and desires.
